This policy is only for the website. Each app and extension has its own privacy policy, on its own page, that explains what the software does on your device.

1. Who we are

Rocuo (rocuo.com) is a software studio. The website is operated by Rocuo and powered by Maool. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Rocuo. You can reach us at info@maool.com or info@rocuo.com.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

The website has no sign-up, login, comment or contact form. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to answer you and keep a record of the conversation.

Information collected automatically

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels or social media trackers on this website. Like any website, our hosting provider handles technical connection data (for example your IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to deliver the pages and protect the site against abuse. See "Who processes data for us" below.

3. Cookies

The website itself does not set cookies and does not use local storage to track you. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary security cookies in some situations, for example to tell real visitors from automated attacks. We do not use cookies for advertising or profiling.

4. Fonts and external content

Fonts, styles and scripts are served from our own website, so your browser does not contact Google Fonts or other font services. Images are served from file.rocuo.com, our own file domain on Cloudflare R2, which is run by us and does not set cookies. Pages do not embed videos, maps or social media widgets.

5. Who processes data for us

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts and delivers rocuo.com and file.rocuo.com (images), and provides security and caching. Cloudflare processes connection data under its own privacy policy.
Our email provider processes the emails you send to info@maool.com or info@rocuo.com.

We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.

6. Links to other websites

Some links lead to websites we do not control, for example maool.com and the download page at soft.maool.com. Those sites have their own privacy practices.

7. How long we keep information

Emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for our records, and then deleted. Server logs kept by our hosting provider follow that provider's retention periods.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@maool.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. You may also have additional rights under the law where you live, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Children

This website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

10. Security

The website is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the website simple and collect very little, which limits what could ever be exposed.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change how the website works, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
